Maggie E. Schroedter is co-founder of the boutique business law firm, Robberson Schroedter LLP.
Ms. Schroedter’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and business bankruptcy, with an emphasis on bankruptcy appeals and creditor’s rights.
Ms. Schroedter handles complex bankruptcy appeals. Her in-depth knowledge of insolvency law, combined with unique and substantial experience in the area of bankruptcy appellate work, provides her clients – both individuals and attorneys – with knowledgeable and effective representation.
Her commercial litigation practice includes representation of clients in complex business disputes. She also represents creditors, individual business owners and their companies, and receivers in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings and assists companies with out-of-court restructurings and liquidations. Ms. Schroedter also represents creditors in probate litigation to protect their rights during estate administration.
Ms. Schroedter is President of Lawyers Club of San Diego, the largest speciality bar association in San Diego. The mission of Lawyers Club is to advance the status of women in the law and in society.
Prior to founding Robberson Schroedter LLP, Ms. Schroedter was a partner at Higgs Fletcher & Mack, LLP, where she practiced for 11 years.
