Mr. Rich Rezie is a Partner and Gallagher Sharp’s Appellate Practice Group Manager.
He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and class actions, including defending insurance carriers against claims alleging bad faith, unfair claims practices, and breach of contract. His experience encompasses all facets of motion practice, post-trial proceedings, and appeals at the state and federal levels.
Rich is a recognized Ohio Super Lawyer, Best Lawyers in America, and a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Peer Review Rated attorney.
Before joining Gallagher Sharp LLP, Rich was a Legal Intern for the Honorable Bohdan A. Futey, United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. He later became a Judicial Attorney for the Honorable William G. Batchelder, Presiding Judge, Ohio Court of Appeals, Ninth Appellate District.
